实验室简介

高原动物繁育与功能基因组学实验室成立于2015年，负责人为杨其恩研究员。实验室由研究员、副研究员、助理研究员、研究生、访问学者和技术人员近二十人组成，多名成员入选中国科学院和青海省人才计划。实验室目前主要使用动物分子生物学、生理学、遗传学和基因组学等多组学手段，利用生殖干细胞体外培养体系、移植技术和基因编辑技术，以模式小鼠和高原特有动物为模型，系统研究：1）哺乳动物雄性生殖干细胞命运决定；2）动物种间杂交雄性不育的分子调控途径；3）牦牛藏羊遗传资源挖掘与创新利用。目前承担国家重点研发计划课题、中国科学院A类先导专题、国家自然科学基金区域重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、青海省科技重大专项和青海省自然基金团队项目等。在国际期刊，如 Nature Communications，Molecular Biology and Evolution, Cell Reports，Journal of Advanced Research，Development，PLoS Genetics, Stem Cell Reports,Cellular and Molecular Life Sciences, Journal of Animal Science & Biotechnology, Journal of Dairy Science， Journal of Cell Science, Biology of Reproduction等发表论文70余篇，参编中英文专著3部，支撑挖掘玉树牦牛、环湖牦牛、雪多牦牛、泽库羊、玛多羊等国家级遗传资源7个，制定地方标准3项。
